Accepts either a Google Drive folder share link (from Drive's "Get link") or a slash path from your Drive root, e.g. /SEC/AAPL.

Pack any Google Drive folder of .md/.txt files into 400k-word NotebookLM volumes. Rescans the whole source folder each run and replaces prior volumes.

Web Article/Doc → Markdown

Converts URLs from the tracking sheet, plus any .html, .pdf, .doc, or .docx files dropped in the Sources folder, into Markdown files in the Markdown folder. Each run packs its newly converted documents into their own NotebookLM volume set in the NotebookLM_Ready folder. Manual run only.
